What is the Venture Hush Bedside Crib?
Simply put it's a co-sleeping crib that's designed to provide you and your baby with the ideal platform to begin your co-sleeping journey. Co sleeping is defined as "a practice in which babies and young children sleep close to one or both parents, as opposed to in a separate room." the benefits of doing so are that, as you are closer to your child, you can monitor them and feed them more easily and effectively.
The Hush is designed not only to do the basics of a co-sleeper, but to build on them thanks to careful design choices that benefit both comfort and ease of use. An enhanced mattress and high quality materials are only a couple of the highlights. Take a look below to find out what more to expect from the Hush.

Why Choose A Venture Hush Bedside Crib?
There are many benefits to co-sleeping but it's also so important to ensure that when doing so, you are using the right equipment in the way it is intended to be used. To help reduce the risk of SIDS The Lullaby Trust offers fantastic advice for parents looking to begin co-sleeping.
At Venture we believe this kind of advice is invaluable and we've tried our best to apply this advice to our Hush crib. When it comes to buying cots and cribs the mattress is one of the key areas, the Lullaby Trust recommends that's mattresses are both firm and flat with no raised or cusioned areas.
The desired thickness should only allow your babys' head to sink by around a couple of millimeters. The mattress on the Hush is no different, and we've taken special care to achieve the right amount of firmness to provide comfort and support to your baby.
Another important thing to consider is that the Hush is also tested to and complies with BS 1130-1/2:1996. These are the British Safety Standards for cribs and cots in the UK, these standards are made to protect children from usuing unsafe products that could potentially harm them. Again this is something the lullaby trust recommends people look out for when buying a crib or cot.
Aside from the focus on safety the Hush is also designed with parents in mind. The main structure of the crib requires almost no assembly, with only a couple of parts to be added once the frame is folded out and no tools required!
