Venture All Stars JOY Playpen - Safety Notice - July 2019
Venture would like to alert customers who have previously purchased the Venture All Stars JOY Playpen of an issue that has been raised in regards to the drawstring bag supplied with the product. Customers are advised to either remove the drawstring from the bag, or dispose of the bag entirely due to the risk of suffocation.
Venture are currently working on a new an improved bag, designed to alleviate any potential risks of suffocation.

QFix Booster Seat - March 2018
In March 2018, Venture Distribution issued a voluntary recall of certain venture QFix child booster seats due to a potential safety issue with a component in these seats. This potentially affected component was used in production batches sold between January 2018 to April 2018. Parents who purchased a Qfix Booster seat during that time should review the safety waring notice to check if their seat is impacted by the voluntary recall and for further information.
Venture UK identified the cause of this potential issue and can confirm that Qfix Booster seats outside the batch involved are not affected. The specific component is not used in any other Venture QFix product.

Venture Distribution Ltd is committed to providing products with the highest possible safety standards. Through the years, we have made every effort to ensure that our products meet the requirements of all applicable safety regulations.
As an importer, we maintain a strict process in the selection of our overseas manufacturers and vendors. We only pick vendors that have a significant amount of experience in manufacturing, as well as ones that supply products to popular retailers in the United Kingdom. They must also show a track record of compliance with labour laws, and product safety.
We are writing to you today as our records show that you have purchased A “venture Qfix” travel high chair/booster seat in the last 6 months. British Standards BS EN 16120:2012+A2:2016 Indicates the chairs harness does not comply with this standard and needs to be replaced at the earliest opportunity, A replacement harness will be sent to you shortly for changeover. We would recommend in the meantime that the seat is not used until the new safety harness has been provided.

Action Required: Replacement upgraded harness
Replacing the harness is completed in a few short steps. The harness is removed by turning your Venture Qfix seat upside down and threading the 3-point harness strap through the seats 3 guide holes, and to install the new harness, repeat the process in reverse.
The harness are classed as a maintenance part and are designed to be removed for the purpose of cleaning, and can be machined washed when a harness has become soiled.
